For Less than the Prius. In 10 Easy Steps. It's taking too long for automakers to build the kind of car the country needs. If I can put together a concept like this in a couple of days, using commonly available technology, why can't companies with hundreds of millions of dollars?Maybe someday in the near future I'll get some funds together and build a car like this for myself.
